Following on the #BuildFor2030 campaigns we created for Microsoft partners in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Microsoft asked Knack Collective to come up with a strategy, campaign and communications plan for establishing the partner team’s first D&I (and beyond) initiative.

A global leader for its commitment to diversity and inclusion (DEI), Microsoft’s Partner team wanted to explore putting a stake in the ground to lead its partners and continue its mission—and our recommendation was to do it boldly and to truly inspire partners to join this collective action for the greater (tech) for good.
