In a world of matte-white sentinels and recursive mirrors, ELYTRA asks what the ancient and the artificial both ask us, if we will listen — what happens when you step through?

Organic sacred geometry, synthetic architecture. Both portals, both terrifying. A provocation on the strange, always-in-flux truth of what we are — and perhaps a segue to the best of what we can become.

THE CHALLENGE

Trained to have a vision for every inch of the frame — wardrobe silhouettes, props, the exact shade of denim - I wanted to make Elytra pixel-perfect, too. But AI often has a mind of its own. What ensued was an unexpected two-month journey to make my vision (mostly) a reality. With more happy, and fewer accidents.

A Speculative :30 Brand Concept


A visual exploration of identity and commercialism, framing a highly structured design language through sharp cinematic pacing. It presents a provocative world where the human canvas and corporate branding blur, challenging the viewer to consider what happens when we choose to commodify our, um soles.

THE VISION

To use generative art direction to build an autonomous luxury universe from the ground up. MARQUE was created to establish a specific, uncompromised aesthetic identity for the brand, utilizing deep contrast, tactile materiality, and intentional garment styling to create an atmosphere that feels entirely bespoke and premium.

The project serves as an initial manifesto for the brand's visual vocabulary—nodding directly to an aesthetic code that prioritizes heavy structural forms, intricate macro details, and sophisticated framing over temporary commercial trends.

THE IMPOSSIBLE COMMUTE

A Narrative Trailer for AI on the Lot


Created for the AI on the Lot challenge under the thematic prompt of the Impossible Commute: When a producer's AI hijacks her ride, she's thrust into a wild, trope-filled Hollywood chase that ends with a new take on the silver screen and an unexpected alliance.

THE VISION

To bring the classic soul of Old Hollywood cinema directly into the new AI landscape. Built specifically as a trailer for AI on the Lot, the piece leans hard into familiar, high-velocity studio entertainment tropes to show how emerging tools can honor traditional big-screen energy.

Created for the AI on the Lot challenge under the thematic prompt "you have to get there." When a traditional Hollywood producer finds herself sharing a ride with a generative AI co-pilot, the journey transforms into a fast-paced, trope-filled race to the studio. The story is an optimistic, collaborative look at the changing industry—showing the AI inviting the old guard along for the ride so they can step onto the lot together.

RIP VAN WINKLE: REDUX

A Reimagined Narrative Short


A futuristic reimagining of Washington Irving’s classic tale, created for the Fairground challenge under the prompt to invert a public domain classic. By trading the nagging wife for a nagging household robot and the drink for a surfside smoke, the story gets a modern update, and a protopian twist.

THE VISION

A complete conceptual inversion of the classic public domain mythos. Nagging wife becomes nagging robot, the drink becomes surfside xx (against the backdrop of AR glasses [WHAT IS THE CURRENT NAME OF THESE]), the ‘rude’ [WHATEVER IT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL, AWFUL] awakening becomes a welcome respite into a world he had been waiting for.

To execute a complete conceptual inversion of the classic Rip Van Winkle mythos. Instead of treating the character's sudden temporal displacement as a tragic loss or a dark isolation, the film reframes his awakening as an optimistic, eye-opening step forward into a vibrant tomorrow.

Maintaining consistent character identity [HMM IS THAT REALLY THE CHALLENGE?] and performance logic while totally flipping a historically rigid period piece on its head. The project required careful aesthetic discipline to transition the narrative out of the past and into an entirely new, organic future.

Subverting historical folklore to find something refreshing. Instead of treating temporal displacement as a tragedy, the film reframes his awakening as an optimistic, eye-opening step forward into a vibrant, evolving tomorrow, proving classic IP can be completely revitalized.
