An Experimental Short

A beetle. A boy. A (robot) dog. The organic and the engineered — and the provocative suggestion that they may be asking the same question. In a world of matte-white sentinels and recursive mirrors, ELYTRA asks what the ancient and the artificial both ask us, if we will listen — what happens when you step through?

THE VISION

Organic sacred geometry, synthetic architecture. Both portals, both terrifying. A provocation on the strange, always-in-flux truth of what we are — and perhaps a segue to the best of what we can become.


THE CHALLENGE

Trained to have a vision for every inch of the frame — wardrobe silhouettes, props, the exact shade of denim - I wanted to make Elytra pixel-perfect, too. But AI often has a mind of its own. What ensued was an unexpected two-month journey to make my vision (mostly) a reality. With more happy, and fewer accidents.

THREE VISUAL MOVEMENTS, MADE POSSIBLE BY AI

To get to these strange spaces — seduction, descent, pool engravings — AI had to be pushed past the aggregate into something pre-conceived and specific. All in service of a world that needed to exist.

MARQUE

A Speculative :30s Brand Concept

A speculative campaign spot exploring the hyper-commodification of human identity, inviting you into a provocative world that asks what happens when the next evolutionary fashion form becomes selling our, um, sole—bringing a specific, uncompromised aesthetic identity that might just crush the runways for FW27.

THE VISION

To use generative art direction to build an autonomous luxury universe from the ground up. MARQUE was created to establish a specific, uncompromised aesthetic identity for the brand, utilizing deep contrast, tactile materiality, and intentional garment styling to create an atmosphere that feels entirely bespoke and premium.


THE CHALLENGE

Merging hyper-detailed textile textures with minimalist, high-end design principles. The project serves as an initial manifesto for the brand's visual vocabulary — establishing an aesthetic code that prioritizes heavy structural forms, intricate macro details, and sophisticated framing over temporary commercial trends.

Treating fashion and apparel design as an evolutionary art form. By leveraging advanced image and motion generation, the film serves as a proof of concept for how a distinct brand narrative can map out its visual ecosystem with absolute precision. Bold, worn, inescapable, yours.

THE IMPOSSIBLE COMMUTE

A Narrative Concept Trailer

When a producer's AI hijacks her ride, she's thrust into a wild, trope-filled Hollywood chase that ends with a new take on the silver screen and an unexpected alliance. Created for AI on the Lot under the thematic challenge of an impossible commute.

THE VISION

To bring the classic soul of Old Hollywood cinema into the new AI landscape. Built for AI on the Lot, the piece leans into familiar, high-velocity studio entertainment tropes to show how emerging tools can not only honor but expand the best of the silver screen.


THE CHALLENGE

Making AI a character — not just a tool. The project demanded precise visual execution to ensure the escalating chaos felt intentional rather than random, while finding the right balance between analog filmmaking instincts and emergent AI production.

RIP VAN WINKLE: REDUX

A Reimagined Narrative Short

Washington Irving's restless wanderer gets a full inversion for the AI age. The nagging human partner becomes a nagging robot assistant. The drink becomes a surfside smoke. And the dreaded awakening — Irving's cruel joke on his hero — flips entirely: this Rip wakes not into loss, but into the world he'd been quietly hoping for. A protopian twist on a 200-year-old ghost story, built for Fairground's public domain challenge.

THE VISION

Total conceptual inversion, not just a costume change. Every element of the source myth is interrogated and reversed — the escape mechanism, the technology of the era, and most critically, the meaning of the sleep itself. Where Irving punished Rip, this version rewards him.



THE CHALLENGE

Honoring the bones of a canonical story while making every choice feel inevitable in a new context. Consistency of character across a world that had to feel both familiar and genuinely ‘future’.

AFTER THE SLEEP, PROTOPIA

Instead of treating the character's sudden two-decade displacement as a tragic loss or a dark isolation, the film reframes his awakening as an optimistic, eye-opening step forward into the future he was always meant for.
